"Dexter" star Michael C. Hall is reportedly being treated for cancer.

The Associated Press reports that Hall, 38, says he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, a condition he calls "treatable and curable."

Hall is expected to appear at the Golden Globes Awards this Sunday in Los Angeles as a nominee for his role playing Dexter Morgan on Showtime's hit series "Dexter."
