Estella Warren enters treatment facility

  • "Planet Of The Apes" star Estella Warren has checked into a treatment center after crashing her car into three parked cars and then running from police custody last month.

    The actress faces up to six months behind bars after being charged with four misdemeanors, which include a DUI, battery of a police officer and resisting an officer, but she's determined to prove she's no drunk before sentencing.

    As well as seeking help at an undisclosed clinic, Warren is wearing an alcohol-detecting bracelet, according to her lawyer Darren Kavinoky.

    He tells People.com, "She wants to prove she isn't drinking. She's committed to making the situation right and moving on in a way that's appropriate."
