That didn't take long. On the heels of rampantrumors that George Clooney was getting ready to add Stacy Keibler's name to his long, long list of ex-girlfriends, the two made a romance-affirming appearance on Thursday night at the Los Angeles premiere of "Argo."
The pair, decked out in matching black ensembles, happily posed on the red carpet in support of the buzz-heavy, Ben Affleck-directed flick, which Clooney, 51, co-produced.
Stacy, 32, made the most of the high-profile outing by showing acres of toned, tanned and taut skin in a vintage, figure-suctioned Alaia dress.
Despite having to crane his neck to meet his statuesque squeeze eye to eye, George seemed to appreciate the effort.
He kept in constant contact with Keibler by whispering in her ear, skimming his hand along her exposed back and repeatedly copping a feel of her posterior.
This show of togetherness should quell a New York Daily News report that claimed the Oscar-winning commitment-dodger was ready to ditch his girlfriend of more than a year.
"They're barely talking," alleged a source. "She is worried that he may break up with her any day now."
But Life & Style was quick to counter that the romance is actually going gangbusters, so much so that they're effectively cohabiting.
"She's 100 percent moved in," said an insider. "She spends her summers with him in Lake Como, Italy, and all her stuff is at his place in LA. … All her clothes are at George's, and she never goes home."
