Like Glenn Close in "Fatal Attraction," Lindsay Lohanwill not be ignored. With the world's attention focused on actual news, such as the inauguration, she's done the Internet equivalent of stomping her feet and demanding, "Look at me!"
On Monday, she posted an Instagram pic showing her posing with Max George of the Wanted, whom she reportedly first started pursuing on the night of her alleged November club brawl with a psychic.
It seems oddly appropriate that George is wearing a red sweatshirt and sporting devil eyes while hanging over LiLo's shoulder, as he's publicly dismissed her as a "groupie" who's "good to party with."
Last week, TMZ reported that Max had invited Lindsay to spend the day with his family in England, even though they're not "officially" girlfriend and boyfriend. Not so coincidentally, the Wanted is on a PR blitz to hype its new music video for "I Found You."
Speaking of self-promotion, Lohan appears to have sunk to a new Twitter low by posting what is widely believed to be a tribute to Heath Ledger on the five-year anniversary of his death.
"rip HL forever in mine and 'matty's' heart (s) xxL," she wrote on Tuesday.
"Matty" seems to be a reference to Matilda, Ledger's 7-year-old daughter with Michelle Williams, a tot who likely has no idea who Lohan is and wouldn't appreciate having their vital organs linked.
Lindsay was supposedly carrying on a "secret" hookup with Ledger shortly before his death, a circumstance that apparently carries the same significance in her mind as a child losing a father.
Shamelessness, thy name is Lohan.
Anyhoodie, on a happier note, Williams continues to find contentment with Jason Segel. Read on for more …
