Robert Pattinson Post-Kristen: Laughing, Drinking and Listening to Country Music?

• Did Robert Pattinson blow off some steam over the weekend to the sorrowful sounds of country music? Eyewitnesses claim the paparazzi-hounded actor surfaced at a country-western bar not far from Reese Witherspoon's ranch in Ojai, Calif., where he reportedly took refuge in the wake of Kristen Stewart's camera-captured cuddle-bunnies with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders.

  Us Weekly quotes an onlooker as saying Pattinson, 26, who has supposedly been a "total mess" following the scandal, "seemed to be having an amazing" time at Deer Lodge as he joined several friends for "a few drinks and laughs" while listening to live country music.

  "He looked like a guy that was just trying to enjoy himself and get away," opines the source. "Seems like a good kid!"

  Another bar goer appeared thrilled to be in proximity to sparkly vamp Edward Cullen.

  "Awesome night in Ojai. Got to hang out with a rowdy bunch of Brits & one of them happened to be Edward," she tweeted, not long after enthusing, "Robert Pattinson and his friends are at The Deer Lodge getting wasted."

  In a since-deleted tweet, she pointed out that Rob "wasn't moping. … He wasn't drunk. Just taking in the scene. Smoked next to him outside."

  Alas, despite these eyewitness accounts, no one managed to snap even a blurry photo of the actor's ostensible night out, which has some suspicious types wondering if this was an actual sighting or a bit of bandwagon-jumping from the bar for some free PR (our guess: It's a little of both).

  Either way, Stewart, 22, remains underground, although dubious stories are circulating as to her whereabouts and state of mind.

  "Kristen hasn't showered or changed or washed her hair in several days," a source alleges to Radar Online, which claims she's been holed up at the home of her producer pal Giovanni Agnelli. "She is laying around in her T-shirt and shorts and eating ice cream."

  As you process that straight-from-a-rom-com cliché (or, as we like to call this rumpled scenario, a typical Sunday), keep in mind that insiders have denied K.Stew is camped out with Agnelli. Also denied: whispers that Rob has been making accusatory phone calls to the producer in fit of jealousy.

  As for Sanders, he's apparently paying dearly for his indiscretion. People reports the director, 41, hasn't seen wife Liberty Ross since he told her about the affair.

• "She's been focused just on her kids through this," notes a source. "It's what she cares about the most."

  Ross, 33, who has two children with Sanders, is "devastated," says an insider, with another adding that she hasn't yet made a decision about her marriage.
