Rihanna's French Connection With Chris Brown

We're as tired of the Rihanna-Chris Brown saga as you are. But it is our obligation to report that they have both been spotted in the French Riviera, which has inevitably led to talk of a surreptitious rendezvous.

Among the romantic theories: He landed his helicopter on her rented yacht in St. Tropez, and they enjoyed a couple days of clandestine coziness.

"Rihanna doesn't want anyone to know that they are together," a source tells the New York Daily News.

Well, that would be understandable, considering the criticism she's taken for re-establishing contact (and collaborating) with the guy who once beat her to a pulp.

The (relatively) good news is Brown's camp insists his European getaway has nothing to do with his ex.

His rep tells the Daily News that he's in the south of France to shoot a music video with Swizz Beatz and is "there with his girlfriend, Karrueche [Tran]. And not on Rihanna's yacht."

RiRi, for her part, is making the most of her vacation. She's been photographed parasailing, shopping, riding a jet ski and generally living the good life with her girlfriends.
