Mark Zuckerberg and bride Priscilla Chan are keeping their honeymoon as low-key as their backyard nuptials.
The newlyweds, who got hitched in a surprise ceremony on May 19 at their home in Palo Alto, Calif., surfaced in Rome over the weekend before heading to the Amalfi coast, where they were seen walking hand in hand along the cobblestone streets (left).
Zuckerberg and Chan did the tourist thing in Italy's capital by checking out the Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps, and grabbing a meal at famed eatery Pierluigi.
But they couldn't quite escape the spotlight.
"I showed them my photo of [his cinematic alter ego] Jesse Eisenberg," Pierluigi's owner, Lorenzo Lisi, tells Us. "We had a laugh because everyone who sees the picture at the restaurant says, 'Hey, that's the guy from Facebook.'"
As for the couple of nine-plus years, "They looked very happy and relaxed," opines a spy.
Not everyone was so thrilled with the new billionaire's presence.
According to Italian paper Corriere della Sera (via the Guardian), Zuckerberg failed to leave a tip on a $40 meal.
The eatery's owner, however, didn't mind a bit, insisting the mogul was "in a hurry" before adding that the twosome enjoyed noshing on pasta, deep-fried artichokes and sea bass.
"They were really in love," he said, "eating from the same plate of ravioli."
