Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards/Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller
Apparently, being married to Charlie means you'll likely have a custody battle. Take Denise Richards, for example. Under their original divorce agreement, Denise retained primary physical custody of her daughters with Charlie, Sam and Lola, while Charlie had visitation rights. Then, in May 2010, Denise asked Charlie to sign over full custody because of his struggles with substance abuse, and Charlie acquiesced. A year later, Charlie tried to get the girls on weekends, but failed.
Things got messier with Brooke Mueller and their twin sons, Bob and Max. After their November 2010 divorce, they agreed to joint legal custody. But after Charlie's behavior became erratic, he ended up losing his boys. (Sorry, but "goddesses" don't count as nannies.) And even though Brooke was arrested for drug possession in 2011, she retained custody. The former couple have since returned to joint physical and legal custody of the boys.
