John Mayer mouths off about Jessica, Jen, more

NEW YORK (AP) -- John Mayer is once again making news with his mouth, not his music.

The Grammy-winner gave an interview to the March edition of Playboy, and in it, he calls former girlfriend Jessica Simpson "sexual napalm," says Jennifer Aniston wishes she could go back to her succesful prime in 1998, tosses out the N-word and has a curious explanation for not dating black women.

He and Aniston broke up last year, and he says he still loves her. But he says it was Jessica Simpson that really drove him crazy, and said: "That girl is like crack cocaine to me."

Mayer's comments have been roundly criticized in the blogosphere. Meanwhile, Mayer has been conspicuously silent on his usually active Twitter page.
