Jon and Kate Gosselin Staying Together?

Despite reports to the contrary, reality couple Jon and Kate Gosselin will stick together through the holidays -- and they will even reunite for Christmas!

Although some reports suggest their divorce will be finalized within the next 24 hours, Jon's attorney Mark Heller tells ET that the arbitration process must be complete before the divorce can be finalized. According to him, it is still a work in progress and won't likely be resolved until 2010.

Heller says that Jon and Kate will be entering 2010 as Husband & Wife. He also added that the TV couple will put their differences aside for the holidays as Jon and Kate will come together again for Christmas.
