The Aerosmith frontman has said he's been in rehab five times -- most recently in 2009, when he sought help for a painkiller addiction. He checked into a facility four months after falling off a stage while high. "I was snorting f---ing Lunesta," he told Howard Stern in 2011.
Tyler, 65, hopes never to return to a life of addiction. "I don't want to go back to that place," he told Ellen DeGeneres in 2012. "That place lost me my kids, a marriage, a band ... A lot of things and it's for real. That's how dangerous that is. So I take it serious."
