Why oh why won't a large object wedge itself into Jesse James' fried baloney hole? During an interview earlier this week with Piers Morgan, he all but called ex-wife Sandra Bullock a liar for her onetime declarations of love (ahem: Pot, meet kettle). Now, he tells Men's Journal that he was "never 100 percent in" his nearly five-year marriage to the actress, whose spousal crimes, according to his book, "American Outlaw," include asking him to turn down the radio and making him stay home and watch DVDs.
"I never shied away from anything I did. I took full responsibility," asserts James, who recently said that fiancée Kat Von D is "100 percent" better in bed than Bullock. "I cheated on my wife. Guess what? So do millions of other men."
Jesse also complains that during his time with Sandy, he couldn't be himself. See, in addition to listening to music at a reasonable volume and suffering through quiet movie nights, he had to go to Hollywood shindigs and act smart.
"I'd just talk to them about NPR: 'Did you hear Diane Rehm today?' I tried to fit into that mold," he whines. "I look back at who I was then and I want to punch myself in the face." Dude, take a number.
