Blake Lively's short romance with Leonardo DiCaprio was a nonstop whirligig of excitement, from yacht-set meet-ups with Steven Spielberg to romantic strolls in Italy. In contrast, her budding relationship with Ryan Reynolds has been characterized by quiet domesticity, with the "Green Lantern" co-stars spending weekend after weekend holed up in the Boston apartment he's renting while filming "R.I.P.D." in town.

But the pretty pair recently took a break from their homebody routine, according to the New York Post, which spotted them touring a high-priced Big Apple pad.

Lively, 24, and Reynolds, 35, reportedly peeped out a $4.35 million penthouse together, although we're guessing only one of them is in the market for new digs, because settling down after only a couple of months together is one thing, but plunking down a fortune on Manhattan real estate? Now that's a real commitment.

"When they were done, she left the building first, wearing tall boots, jeans, coat and fedora, and got straight into a Town Car, and then Ryan exited into the same car," relays a spy. "Her little dog [the adorable Maltipoo Penny] was waiting with the driver in the front seat."
