'The Office': Sneak peeks of the season premiere

We're a mere three days from the beginning of the end for Steve Carell on "The Office," and to help pass the time NBC has posted several clips from Thursday's (Sept. 23) season premiere.Our two favorites are below. First up is the cold open from the show, which has pretty much nothing to do with the storyline, but is goofy fun anyway. Erin (Ellie Kemper) on roller skates and Andy (Ed Helms) attempting to do a cartwheel? Sold.The premiere centers around the staff's dislike of Michael's (Carell) new assistant, who doesn't seem to be much good at anything. In the second clip, Darryl (Craig Robinson), Andy and others air their discontent, but Michael doesn't seem to see the problem. The episode's title, "Nepotism," probably has something to do with that."The Office" begins its seventh season -- and Carell's last season -- at 9 p.m. ET Thursday on NBC.
