'Crocodile Dundee' star claims his tax adviser stole $34M
With his hands full saving lady reporters from crocodile attacks and vanquishing Asian water buffalos, Crocodile Dundee apparently hasn't had time over the past 20 years to keep an eye on the $34 million he had stored in a Swiss bank account. And now, much like the blockbuster franchise that earned Paul Hogan all that dough, the cash is gone. Hogan, 73, believes his financial advisor, Philip Egglishaw, "absconded with or spent all" the money, and is pursuing legal action against him, the Sydney Morning Herald reports. It seems that Egglishaw is widely believed to have been responsible for a multi-million dollar tax evasion scheme in 2004.
