All eyes were on Brangelina at the "World War Z" premiere this weekend. Angelina Jolie attended the premier with her fiance, Brad Pitt, marking her first public appearance since announcing that she'd undergone a double mastectomy to prevent cancer after learning she carried a "faulty gene" that made her more susceptible to the disease.
And as Angelina tried to impress upon reporters that it was Brad's night, he happily gushed about her when asked. "[Her support is] the same thing it means every time she comes to support me, but this time we don't have that other thing hanging over us that we knew we'd have to deal with at some point -- her specifically, physically," he told Us. "It's a huge relief to know that's the thing that's not going to take her," Pitt said of the fatal disease. "[Cancer] is not the thing I'm going to have to explain to the kids about why they can't see mom again. It's big, it's everything."
"I'm so proud of her," he said. "She's a badass. She's just a badass."
