Four months after completing a treatment program for anorexia, bulimia and cutting, Demi Lovato continues to make strides in her struggle to accept herself and her body. "I've been working so hard to get healthy and fit," the 18-year-old tweeted Monday. "I can't believe I'm about to [post] this but I'm so excited ... Here's my bikini time body!" Lovato then linked to a photo of herself wearing a revealing, white bikini. "It starts with a commitment to yourself," she wrote, explaining her internal transformation. "Your mind.. And your soul. And trust me, I'm still working at it!! Haha." (People)
