Tom Hanks' Son Gets Married

Tom Hanks' son, actor Colin Hanks, tied the knot with his publicist girlfriend Samantha Bryant in Los Angeles on Saturday, his rep told People.

The couple exchanged vows during sunset at the London Hotel's rooftop in West Hollywood. According to People, the guest list included Alyssa Milano and Reese Witherspoon, who brought rumored boyfriend Jim Toth.

Colin, 32, told the New York Times last year how he and Samantha met: "We had the same group of friends and knew of each other, but never paid attention to it," the actor said.

Over time they became friends and eventually fell in love, the paper says, adding that Samantha described Colin as "the perfect gentleman."

Hanks has appeared in TV shows including "Mad Men" and "Numb3rs," and will star in the upcoming film "Lucky," with Jeffrey Tambor and Mimi Rogers.
