Vin Diesel wrote, directed, produced, and starred in a film ("Multi-Facial") that made it into Cannes long before he was famous, so naturally, his appreciation for story and the artistic process extends far beyond his love of money. Vin turned down a $20 million paycheck for "2 Fast 2 Furious" because he didn't think the script was true to the story and his character, Dominic Toretto. Instead, he took on his passion project, "Chronicles of Riddick." It took the actor nine years to get "Riddick" -- the third installment of the franchise -- made. Of the film, he says, "I should probably care more about making money than I do. And don't tell the people who pay me ... that I would do all this s--- for free."
