Already on probation for getting busted with three machine guns, T.I. was jailed for 11 months last year after being caught with drugs. He was released from an Arkansas prison and sent to the halfway house on Aug. 31 before fidding his way back in federal lockup over a dispute with prison officials regarding transportation. He was back in a halfway house Sept. 15 but was a free man by Sept. 29. Let's see how long it lasts.
