Justin and Selena enjoy fight-free dinner

Nothing calms relationship anxiety better than watching vegetables and meat get sliced and diced. On Monday night, fickle flames Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez grabbed dinner with a group of friends at a Los Angeles outpost of Benihana.

Unlike their paparazzi-documented date-night fight last Friday, neither star stormed out of the restaurant before the end of the meal, although they did try to duck cameras when they exited together, with a glasses-sporting Gomez throwing her jacket over her head.

Alas, Selena, 20, is supposedly still hurting from the recent romantic drama with her 18-year-old beau. The starlet remains "far from happy with how [Justin] has treated her," a source tells the New York Post, claiming she took him back "with much heartache."

The insider unnecessarily adds, "Things are still pretty volatile between them."

That said, Bieber did perform his boyfriend duty on Monday when Gomez briefly landed in the hospital with a sore throat: He reportedly waited for her outside in a van while she was checked out.
