SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) -- A judge has granted Sheryl Crow a three-year restraining order against a man who a witness says threatened to shoot the singer-songwriter. Superior Court Judge James Hahn issued the order after a hearing Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif. The order requires Philip Gordon Sparks to not try to contact or meet Crow for the next three years.

Crow obtained a temporary restraining order against the 45-year-old in July after he told a union worker he was going to shoot the Grammy winner and film executive Harvey Weinstein. Sparks repeatedly said in court he believes Crow and Weinstein stole money from him.
A judge also granted Weinstein a three-year restraining order against Sparks during Tuesday's hearing.
Sparks agreed to the orders after an hour-long hearing in which a psychiatrist called him dangerous.
