Pink: I Go to Diet Extremes

Pink says she’s a “walking contradiction” when it comes to working out and eating healthy.

"I go to extremes," the singer, 30, tells Women's Health magazine. "I diet absolutely. It's gotta be organic, fresh fish, tofu and greens [during the day]. And then I'll order a pizza at night and drink a bottle of wine!"

Still, she doesn't pretend she isn't in peak physical condition.

"When I go on tour, the show is so physically demanding that there's absolutely no way that I could not be in incredible shape," she says. "I am a horse on the road. I do an hour of cardio a day, I do a thing called [fitness program] P90X, I do yoga, I do a two-hour show. I watch what I eat."

Her motivation? "I have to feel good if I'm going to be on the road this long," she says.

Whatever she's doing, it's got all of Hollywood noticing.

Her bod has one famous fan: Kendra Wilkinson, who is trying to drop the pregnancy pounds after welcoming son Hank last month.

"I think I'm going to hang up a bunch of pictures of Pink around the house to motivate me to get back in shape," the reality star, 24, posted on Twitter Wednesday. "She has my fave body!"

But don't expect Pink to hang photos of others on her wall.

"I really try to not compare myself to others," she tells Women's Health. "I try to remember that I have something that no one else in this whole world has, and I remind myself of all the really, really great things that I find in the women around me."
