Rocker Nick Oliveri has escaped a jail stint after agreeing a plea deal with prosecutors following a stand-off with police last summer.

The former Queens of the Stone Age star agreed to plead guilty to one count of possession of cocaine in return for the dismissal of six other felony counts.

Oliveri was arrested after a fight with his girlfriend resulted in a four-hour S.W.A.T. standoff.

The musician was facing up to 15 years behind bars before making the plea deal, which was signed off on Friday, according to TMZ.com.
Instead he'll serve three years felony probation, 52 weeks of anger management and 200 hours of community service.
