Amy Poehler Advises Fans How To Deal With Stress

In the latest installment of Amy Poehler's video series, "Ask Amy," in which she responds to letters from kids with awesome, Amy-esque advice, a fan says she's feeling overwhelmed and asks how she should handle the stress. Amy points to a lesson she learned in a book called "Bird By Bird." "When things start coming at you just take them one at a time and deal with them individually and [don't] get weighed down by the enormity of everything," she says, while seated, fully clothed, in her own relaxation station -- the bathtub.
