Actress Lisa Robin Kelly has been arrested in North Carolina on suspicion of assault.

The former "That '70s Show" star was detained by police on Monday after a bust-up with a 61-year-old man.
The man, identified by TMZ as her husband, was also said to have been arrested after the violent incident at their home, and both are still in custody.

According to the website, neither Kelly nor her husband have any visible injuries.
It's the second time Kelly has been arrested this year. She was busted on suspicion of spousal abuse in March, but the charges were eventually dropped.
