Brian Austin Green Reportedly Loses Loan Lawsuit

• Brian Austin Green has reportedly missed out on the chance to recoup $200,000 he allegedly loaned to his ex because he waited too long to ask the courts to help him get it back.

  A judge has thrown out his lawsuit against Vanessa Marcil, the mother of his first child, because he waited too long to file, reports Gossip Cop. Green took Marcil to court last year, claiming he had asked for the cash back almost 11 years after he loaned her the money in 2000.

  On Monday, a Los Angeles judge ruled Green had waited too long to pursue legal action against Marcil and the statute of limitations had run out.

  The judge also ruled that Marcil can seek financial sanctions from Green for what her lawyers called a "frivolous" lawsuit, according to TMZ.
