Why did you and Albert decide to get an apartment in Hoboken, N.J.?
"It's not our primary residence. We still have the house and the house is not up for sale. It's not even being considered to be put up for sale at this point. It's just a matter of the kids growing up and out. The boys are out. Lauren's got one foot out the door. This is a lot of house with a lot of expenses. And I'm sitting here saying: 'We don't need it at this point in our lives.' But at the same time, if we make a move, do we go to a smaller house or do we go to an apartment? I haven't lived in an apartment in 29 years. You know, can we go from one to another and be happy and comfortable? Let's figure it out for a year. And that's what we did."
