Ford rides a horse through New York

  • Harrison Ford surprised pedestrians in New York on Monday by riding through the city streets on horseback.

    The 69-year-old "Indiana Jones" star was filming an appearance on David Letterman's TV talk show as he promotes new movie "Cowboys & Aliens," and he agreed to prove his equestrian skills.

    Both Ford and Letterman saddled up to ride two horses, named Chase and Shane, through the streets, much to the surprise of passers-by, who stopped to take photographs as the talk show host smiled and waved.
