Wilmer and Minka's PDA Down Under (No, That's Not a Euphemism)

• To the casual observer, Minka Kelly seems like a catch: gorgeous, talented and responsible. So, why does she seem to be selling herself short by cozying up to known starlet defiler Wilmer Valderrama?

  On Tuesday, the actress was photographed gazing adoringly at the erstwhile Fez as they strolled along the water in Sydney. He kept his arm firmly wrapped around her shoulder and appeared to be hypnotizing her lips into a pucker position.

  Valderrama also tweeted the pic below, which shows him taking in the sights with Minka and some pals. His message: "Homies & Homiettes boat cruising in Sydney." Kelly retweeted the photo, enthusing, "So fun!"

  (And just to reiterate, we are confident that she could find a guy who shouldn't be making hourly contributions to this jar after spouting words like "homiettes.")

  People reports that Wilmer, 32, and Minka, 31, partied the night before at the opening of a new hot spot, adding heat to hookup reports that began last month when they were reportedly "all over each other" at a Los Angeles club.

  But Valderrama, whose indiscretion about his conquests is legendary (just ask Mandy Moore, Ashlee Simpson and Lindsay Lohan), played down the dating rumors during a recent chat with Ryan Seacrest, pooh-poohing that he and Kelly are just "friends."

  He was last linked to Demi Lovato, who, at 19, falls right in the mid-range of his preferred lady friend demographic.

  Minka, meanwhile, recently called time on her on-again, off-again three-year romance with Derek Jeter, whose purported gift basket shtick make us question her ability to choose a suitable guy.
