Entertainment Tonight -- Entertainment Tonight has learned that Heather Locklear was taken to the hospital after the authorities responded to an emergency medical situation at her house in Ventura County, California earlier today.
A rep for the Ventura County Sheriff's Department confirms that a 911 call was placed by Heather's sister and that the actress was later transported to Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Gossip Cop confirmed the report, citing sources who say that Locklear took a combination of alcohol and prescription pills which led to her hospitalization.
Thursday's emergency comes three years after Locklear's 911 "false alarm," when her doctor thought that she may have overdosed on prescription pills.
Locklear recently ended her longtime relationship with her fiance Jack Wagner.
