Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson has endorsed Barack Obama as the presidential election looms, because his chief rival Mitt Romney prefers Jersey Shore's Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi over the reality TV pageant queen.

The 7-year-old may not be old enough to vote, but the star of TLC's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" weighed in on who she would give her support to during a visit to the "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" show on Oct. 15, 2012.
Kimmel told Thompson, "On 'Live! with Kelly and Michael,' they asked Mitt Romney if he preferred Snooki or Honey Boo Boo. Do you know what he said? He said he preferred Snooki. So now I have to ask you who you're going to support for President?"
After deliberating for a moment, she answered, "Barack Obama." It's not the first time the child star has rocked the Republicans. In August, the fourth episode of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" pulled in about three million viewers, beating out the TV coverage of the third night of the Republican National Convention.
