Joey Lawrence Shows Off Sexy Shirtless Bod During Outdoor Workout

Whoa, indeed. Joey Lawrence flaunted his chiseled chest and rock hard abs during a shirtless workout in L.A. Tuesday.

The 35-year-old "Melissa & Joey" actor performed a series of pull-ups and push-ups during his outdoor fitness session. Lawrence also worked with a resistance band to tone his arms.

When he's not beefing up for his hit ABC Family show, Lawrence stays busy looking after his two daughters with wife Chandie Yawn-Nelson.

"They like their princesses and Build-a-Bears, but [my daughter] Charlie and I are also obsessed with cars," Lawrence told Us Weekly at the Hero Dog Awards in Beverly Hills earlier this month. "She's already working on her Christmas list because it can't come quick enough!"

Lawrence added that he and Yawn-Nelson have discussed giving Charlie, 5, and Liberty, 18 months, one more sibling.

"We have two kids, so that's a handful," he told Us. "But I want to try for a boy."
