Maria Menounos on DWTS: The Pressure Is Unbelievable

Maria Menounos does a lot of things. She's an accomplished host, seasoned actress and published author, and now she even runs her own digital TV network, AfterBuzz TV. But the one thing she doesn't do is dance.

That's about to change on March 19, when she makes her debut on "Dancing With the Stars" alongside pro Derek Hough for Season 14. Wonderwall caught up with the "Extra" darling to get the dish on how she's preparing, why she's so scared and, more importantly, what she's going to wear!

On her emotional state heading into the ballroom

"I'm definitely scared, and I'm definitely excited. I'm not the type of person who likes to let anybody down or be an embarrassment, so I feel the importance of dedicating myself to this. But there's a lot of pressure. Mario [Lopez, "Extra" co-host] came in second, and everyone keeps asking me, 'Do you think you'll do better than Mario?' I'm like, 'Crazy people, that means I have to win (laughs).' And then with Derek, the pressure is unbelievable. He's the all-time champ. People love him. And I can't be the bum partner that he got stuck with."
