A female bus driver has dropped her assault lawsuit against former "Lost" star Matthew Fox.

Heather Bormann launched a legal battle against the actor last August 2011m claiming he assaulted her while trying to board a party bus in Cleveland, after she informed him he was not on the private guest list.

She was seeking more than $25,000 in damages for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Fox previously denied the allegations and filed a countersuit against Bormann for defamation. He has now withdrawn the papers, according to TMZ.com.
The actor was never formally charged.

Ironically, the news comes just days after his former "Lost" co-star Dominic Monaghan took aim at Fox on Twitter, revealing he is not friends with Fox, because he "beats women up."
