The parents of the passenger killed in Ryan Dunn's fatal car crash last year have filed a civil suit against the "Jackass" star's estate in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.

Zachary Hartwell's parents allege the stuntman was "reckless and negligent" for getting behind the wheel of his Porsche and driving at high speeds while under the influence of alcohol, according to TheWrap.
A police report indicated Dunn's blood alcohol level was more than two times the legal driving limit when he crashed his sports car in West Goshen Township, Pa., in June 2011.

Hartwell's parents, who are also taking action against bar owners at Barnaby's of America for allegedly serving alcohol to an inebriated Dunn, are asking for compensation to cover expenses associated with their son's death, including funeral costs, and the wages he would have earned in his lifetime.
