Shia LaBeouf and his mom, Shayna Saide, recently took Shayna's brother to court after he allegedly failed to repay an $800,000 loan. Now, their demand that he repay the loan plus $39,000 interest has sparked a second lawsuit: Barry Saide filed his own suit against LaBeouf this week, claiming that the actor and his and mother are trying to put Barry in the poorhouse. "Had I thought that Shayne and Shia would take this extraordinary step and seek to impoverish me, I never would have borrowed a dollar from Shia," says Barry in an affidavit. "Prior to Shia's ascendancy to film stardom… [I loaned] hundreds of thousands of dollars to assist in the support of Shayne and Shia." According to LaBeouf's suit, the initial loan was to be paid back in installments between 2011 and 2012.
