Courteney Cox Got Laser Treatment on Her Hands

At 48, "Cougar Town" star and possible aspiring hand model Courteney Cox isn't getting any younger (although plenty of less famous, less middle-aged ladies would be psyched to have skin like hers). So when she appeared on "Ellen" this week, Cox apparently felt obligated to explain why her hands were peeling. Turns out she's been having them cosmetically rejuvenated -- with lasers. "It's called a dual fraxel," she explained. "I always think my hands look old anyway. Now, they literally look like a 95 year-old…. [afterwards] you look like a 21 year-old." Ellen commiserated with Courteney's plight, noting that elbows and hands "age faster than any other part on your body."

"Yeah, it's a giveaway. Elbows, hands and necks," said Courteney. "Those little fingerless gloves, I'm going to wear them in the summer." Yes, nothing says "forever 21" quite like skin lasers all winter and gloves on the beach. (Celebitchy)
