Jennifer Lawrence Changed Schools Because of How Kids Treated Her
Before she became the apple of Hollywood's collective eye, Jennifer Lawrence faced her share of real-life "Mean Girls" scenarios. "I changed schools a lot when I was in elementary school because some girls were mean," the newly minted Oscar-winner recently told The Sun. "They were less mean in middle school, because I was doing all right, although this one girl gave me invitations to hand out to her birthday party that I wasn't invited to."
Showing early shades of the Jennifer we now know and love, she took the nasty invitation hoax in stride: "I just hocked a loogie on them and threw them in the trash can." Of course she did. And that's why we now spell "awesome" J-L-A-W.
