In a clip from Paris Hilton's upcoming show, "The World According to Paris," the socialite feeds a few down-on-their-luck folks at a homeless shelter. It's not part of her community service, she reminds the camera, she just loves helping people out. As if to prove her point, when a woman at the shelter compliments Paris' earrings, Paris quickly takes them off and gives them to her "for Christmas." The whole thing is almost heartwarming -- until the woman mistakes her for Lindsay Lohan, pausing to ask, "aren't you supposed to be in rehab?" "I'm not her!" Paris shrieks. "If I were Lindsay, I'd be stealing the earrings, not giving them away!" Meanwhile, Linds isn't too pleased with her onetime frenemy. TMZ reports that she's been telling friends, "[Paris] is mean. You don’t have to make fun of serious matters in people's lives to be funny." (TMZ)
