Apparently, even a public battle with breast cancer doesn't get you off the hook for talking smack about a "Real Housewife." Giuliana Rancic recently dissed Brandi Glanville on "Fashion Police," saying, "I use to totally pooh-pooh this relationship [between LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian], and then I watched his ex-wife [Glanville] on the 'Real Housewives.' She is nuts." Showing off her "Housewives"-honed insult acumen, Glanville responded on Twitter, invoking both Rancic's cancer bout, news that Rancic is expecting her first child via gestational carrier and, of course, LeAnn Rimes' habit of referring to herself as Glanville's children's "bonus mom." Baring her digital teeth, Glanville wrote: "It's sad cuz I've been rooting 4 her through her illness. Hopefully her man doesn't leave her & give her surrogate baby to a bonus mom." Um, wow. She deleted the tweet, but not before adding: "What I said was honest not mean.once you become a mother u really see things differently when it comes to cheating." (GossipCop)
