NBC's Jenna Wolfe, Stephanie Gosk Come Out as a Couple, Announce Baby News
With all eyes on the Supreme Court's same-sex marriage hearings, what better time for a pair of news-minded women in love to tell the world not only that they're a couple -- but that they're also planning a family? "Today" weekend anchor Jenna Wolfe opens up to People in the magazine's new issue about her long-term relationship with NBC News correspondent Stephanie Gosk, revealing that they're expecting their first child together.
"This is the most exciting thing that has ever happened to us," says Wolfe. "But I don't want to bring my daughter into a world where I'm not comfortable telling everyone who I am and who her mother is." The couple had been trying to start a family since last year, but their grueling schedules made it difficult, Wolfe explains. As for marriage, she says they're focused on family planning first.
